Softfall Pine Mulch is a certified playground undersurface material that meets the standard AS/NZS 4422. It is a cushioning mulch , completely free of sharp materials and designed specifically for under play equipment.
Softfall has been impact tested as per AS/NZS 4422.
The critical fall height is 3.1m and for a play areas with this fall height the installation depth would be 340mm.
In heavy traffic areas increase the installation depth by 20% to measure 410mm .
A certificate of approval for schools, kinders, etc. is available on request.
