White Bricklaying Sand is is very on trend at the moment. Its offers a nice contrast to darker bricks or a more mono tone look with similar coloured bricks. It’s typically used for laying bricks and stone work, when a lighter coloured mortar is required. Grey cement is the normal however if you would like an even lighter mortar joint, you can use white cement.
We do stock 20kg bags of Tradesman cement but unfortunately we don’t stock white cement – the hardware stores should be able to help you there.
The general guide is to allow 1 cubic metre of brick laying sand per 1,000 bricks.
